We suggest that you arrive to your appointments 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow you to change into a robe and relax. In the event you are running late to your appointment please call our guest services at (860)569-8907 immediately and we will make an effort to accommodate you.
Gratuities are left to the discretion of the client. We do not add gratuities to credit card charges; instead they may be left in either cash or check.
In the event that you need to cancel or change your reservation, we require a minimum of 24 hour notice for an individual service and 48 hour for multiple services. Special requirements may apply to group bookings. We regret to inform you that appointments canceled without the proper notification will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of each service.
Shampoo one does not offer refunds on retail products, spa services, or gift certificates. Salon credit will be issued within 30 days of purchase accompanied by a receipt. Shampoo One offers exchanges on retail products only.
Shampoo One is not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal property. We suggest that you leave any valuables at home. All valuables brought to the Salon/Spa should be kept with you at all times.
Please inform your service provider of any medical conditions, prescription medications or other treatments that you are undergoing. Contraindications may exist with any of the above situations and may effect the outcome of your treatment.
